Mr. Dillon was known as the founder of the town and county of Dillon; he lived in the J.W. Dillon House until his death in 1915. In 1967, it was renovated and refurnished to depict the early 1900s. The house consists of a parlor, office, dining room, five bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting room. It is a testament to live in the early 1900s and serves as a great educational tool, helping to teach about the history of Dillon.
