The guests can experience the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast where the sand is like sugar and the Gulf waters are aquarium clear and emerald green. These unspoiled surroundings foster life-long memories of family vacations and unforgettable romantic getaways. The celebrated white sand beaches and crystal waters are just a few blocks down the road where the guests can enjoy private beach access.Crystal Village features a large pool located in the middle of the community. Grilling areas are available for the guests throughout the property.All units are two-bedroom two-bath located only a few blocks from the beach. These uniquely designed two-story units all face the pool so the guests can watch the kids play from the comfort of their own balcony.Family rentals only are allowed. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unless unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check-in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.
