Nestled among our beautiful tropical landscaping you will find a heated pool expansive sun decks a private tennis court and beach area and other amenities to help you enjoy your stay in a House of the Sun condominium. Our attractive rental accommodations are fully furnished completely equipped immaculately maintained and individually owned and decorated. Every unit has a private deck with sliding glass doors that bring the tropical skies and Gulf breezes into your living area. Every type of vacation activity and every sort of shopping and dining pleasure are conveniently located in our area across the road down the street or across the bridge to Sarasota. If you are planning a Florida vacation or looking for a place to settle in for a while at a tropical paradise reserve your spot in the House of the Sun. House of the Sun is located across the street from the Crescent Beach shopping area where you can find several restaurants a variety of boutique shops a post office pharmacy market and rental centers. They are all conveniently located providing anything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Close by you can rent a Jet Ski or kayak schedule a parasail flight or buy fishing equipment and bait. Bicycle or cruise up the Key to Siesta Village to find more shops and the world-famous Siesta Public Beach with a playground volleyball tennis courts picnic areas and concession stands. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Check in can be completed in the office between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Saturday. Please note there is a USD 98.00 cleaning charge for 3 and 4 night stays due upon check in. The min age at check in is 25. A USD 500.00 refundable security.
