The Tamarind Tree Hotel and Restaurant is ideally located in the center of Dominicas west coast on top of a 100-foot cliff offering a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea the Bay of Salisbury and Morne Diablotin.The Tamarind Tree Hotel is a pleasing middle class hotel under Swiss-German management featuring 12 double rooms. The 6 standard rooms on the 1st floor are equipped with either one double or two single beds. The 6 superior rooms on the 2nd floor have one king size or two twin beds. Possibility to add a third bed for triple occupancy or a baby crib.The four family suites consist of two adjoining rooms with a communicating door and sleep up to six persons. Each room has a telephone with direct international dialing a spacious closet refrigerator and a ceiling fan. Superior rooms have additional A/C. The bathrooms have a shower with hot (solar heated) and cold water.Facilities on property include: a swimming pool with umbrellas and beach chairs restaurant (the kitchen offers a wide range of local Creole as well as international dishes appetizers snacks salads and desserts prepared with fresh local ingredients) bar TV in the lounge and WiFi Internet access.
