Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months many people staying less than one week find us cheaper than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move-out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests.
