All balances are due six weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation Policy - within 30 days, a three-night cancellation fee will apply in addition to the non-refundable 300.00USD deposit. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival, it will result in loss of entire amount of stay. An additional security deposit of 250.00USD will be charged upon arrival and refundable within 10-14 days after departure pending satisfactory inspection. As with all vacations in tropical regions, we higly recommend travel insurance.
