High speed internet is available. We are centrally located in the safe ocean side community of Pompano Beach 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes South of Boca Raton. Walk to waterfront restaurants shops snorkel/dive boats charter fishing boats jet ski and boat rentals and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. Amenities include swimming pool BBQ area coin laundry full kitchens king bed phone with free local calling and voice mail fax machine available cable TV/VCR or DVD CD/stereo air conditioning paddle fans cooking utensils and dishes fresh linens and bedding hair dryers beach towels and gear games books and popular videos. One bedroom apartments have a king bed in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The two bedroom apartment has a king bed and sleeper sofa plus a three-person bunk bed in second bedroom (full bed on bottom and twin bed on top). For the comfort of future guests no smoking is allowed. All Guests must agree to the following:No refund for cancellation.No additional overnight guests or daytime visitors to pool area without prior approval by owner (additional charges may apply).Maintain property and contents in as good a condition as when guest arrived.Contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed.Pay for all damage or theft caused by guest.Observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests.No pets.No smoking inside the apartment or pool area.No illegal activity.No children under 16 in swimming pool without guardian to observe..No guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian.One parking space per apartment rented.
