La Casa Del Mar a gay and lesbian resort is located on Fort Lauderdale Beach one block from the ocean and approximately seven miles south of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. The propertys amenities include the swimming pool Internet cafe/gift shop enclosed gazebo (heated) late afternoon wine and cheese and complimentary continental breakfast which is served in the main house but can be enjoyed outdoors under a mango tree in the tropical garden. The inn also offers folding chairs for the beach bicycles movie rentals and Saturday and Sunday complimentary drinks around the pool from 5pm-6pm. All rooms feature cable TV kitchenettes DSL/Wi-Fi access telephones and free local calls.
