-All guests must check-in at 35000 Emerald Coast, Destin, FL 32541. The physical address of the ResortQuest at Pelican Beach is 1002 Highway 98 East, Destin. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest at Pelican Beach. During periods when the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.-The ResortQuest at Pelican Beach is a high-rise condominium resort directly on the beach in the heart of the Destin resort area. The resort is a complete family getaway destination. Spacious one-bedroom two-bathroom condominiums feature complete at home comfort including fully equipped kitchens and separate living rooms with VCRs on which to enjoy complimentary video movies. All condominiums have large balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers two swimming pools including one indoor lap-pool with swim out to the outdoor pool. Other recreational facilities include kiddies pool - two lighted tennis courts - shuffle board court - video game room - a childrens activity program during the summer months - and gas barbeque grills. Guests will find offsite activities more than plentiful with shopping - waterparks - golfing - sports fishing - and restaurants all nearby. The ResortQuest at Pelican Beach - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive.Other information Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.
