All guests check onsite-in at 95 Laura Hamilton Drive- Santa Rosa Beach- FL 32459. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys- other check-in material as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest at Gulf Place Community. During periods when the check-in location is closed- an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
The ResortQuest at Gulf Place Community is a comfortable mid-rise condominium that is part of the vibrant Gulf Place planned community. The charming Town Center is only a short walk away and offers outdoor cafes- chic boutiques- splashing fountains- walkways- and parks. Of course- there is direct access to the white sand beach. The property features spacious one bedroom non-smoking condominiums with Gulf of Mexico or lake views. Families with children will appreciate the fully equipped kitchens and the cozy bunk bed alcoves perfect for kids. Complimentary laundry facilities are also available. Recreational opportunities include a swimming pool- whirlpool- putting green- tennis courts- bike paths- as well as complimentary video rentals when its time to stay indoors.
