Wintucket Queen Suite(Suite)
The Wintucket is a one bedroom suite in a renovated building behind the main building and has a kitchen/living room with pull out queen sleeper. There is a separate bedroom with a king bed and bath with shower off of the bedroom. There is a commonly shared balcony with a pool view. This suite is 475 square feet and is accessed by one flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

West Chop King water view(Suite)
The West Chop King is a one bedroom suite with a king bed; 1 and a half baths; kitchenette and living room with a queen pullout sleeper and a pull out twin. There is no door between the sleeping area and the living room but it is naturally divided by the kitchenette and bath. There is a private water view deck. It is 510 square feet and sleeps 2 adults and 3 children comfortably.

The East Chop Queen is a one bedroom suite with a queen bed; full bath; kitchenette and living room with a queen pullout sleeper and a pull out child's youth bed. There is no door between the sleeping area and the living room but it is naturally divided by the kitchenette and bath. There is a private water view deck. It is 475 square feet and sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 small children comfortably.

The Aquinnah is a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed in one sleeping area; a queen bed in a private bedroom; living room with a queen pull out sleeper sofa; kitchenette and 2 baths. There is no door between the sleeping area with king bed and the living room but it is naturally divided by the kitchenette and bath. Suite includes a washer/dryer and private water view deck. It is 720 square feet and sleeps 6 comfortably.

The Owner s Edgartown is a deluxe one bedroom suite with a private bedroom with queen bed; full kitchen; dining area and living room with a queen pull out sofa. There is a washer/dryer; 2 baths and a water view deck. It is 720 square feet and sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Brant Point Queen water view(Suite)
The Brant Point Queen is a one bedroom suite with a queen bed; 2 baths; kitchenette and a living room with two twin day beds. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the living room. Suite includes a washer/dryer and private water view deck. It is 510 square feet and sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Studio room(Suite)
The Sudio is a single room with a queen bed and a pull out twin sleeper sofa; kitchenette and a full bath. Sleeps two adults comfortably; or two adults and a small child. Walking space is limited when pull out twin is open. 265 square feet. Studios do not have a water view but overlook the garden pavillion or the pool.
