Second floor Studio is the ONLY room on property with no patio or balcony- so the 2nd floor Studio is NOT recommended for smokers who will need to constantly step outside to smoke. Room is small and very quaint- with a little extra privacy due to its location on the END of the building closest to the water. TWO PEOPLE MAX in this room.
