Gearhart by the Sea is situated on the Northern Oregon coast only 15 miles south of the mouth of the Columbia River in the heart of the Sunset Empire. It is located a short 83 miles from the big city of Portland but an eternity away in terms of quietude and tranquility.Gearhart by the Sea has four separate buildings. The central structure is the huge towering Gearhart House. To the north is the smaller but still imposing Pacific View. Scattered below on the oceanside are the Pacific Palisades and Pacific Terraces. The amenties also include outdoor pool parking and fitness center.All units have an ocean view.
