Three Bedroom Townhouse is a two or three story condominium with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. The plus is a forth sleeping area on the second-level or a loft above the living room. This is the largest condominium we offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles, three couples or two small families. All have a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, at least two TV's, a VCR in the living room, and a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Rollaways not allowed. Sleeps 8. - (Three Bedroom Townhouse)
One Bedroom Lofts are 928 square feet. Has the same floor plan as a one bedroom, with the addition of a spacious loft containing two or three beds. These units are ideal for a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Master bedroom has a bath adjacent to it and loft has at least a 3/4 bath. Has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, two TV's, a VCR in the living room, and a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. 1 rollaway allowed. Sleeps 4. - (One Bedroom Loft)
Two bedroom plus comes with either a den or a loft area. Two bedroom plus with den has a double size living area. Half of the living area converts to a third sleeping area with a third bath. Two bedroom plus loft has the same floor plan as a two bedroom unit, with an additional sleeping area above the living room. There is a bath for each bedroom, and the loft has at least a 3/4 bath. The bedding in these units varies from Kings to twins in the bedrooms and all have a living room sleeper sofa. These units are ideal for three to five singles or a family of four to six. They both have a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, at least two TV's, a VCR in the living room, and a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. 1 rollaway allowed.
