Exclusive all villa resort located near Orlandos world class theme parks- shopping malls and recreational facilities. Each villa is beautifully appointed- luxuriously spacious and equipped with all the comforts of a contemporary Florida home with all the amenities of a full service resort.
It is located on the edge of Lake Davenport and situated on 70 acres of lushly landscaped grounds. Its design reflects the colonial architecture of the Bahamas.
All Kitchens have a full size refrigerator- oven- microwave- coffee/tea maker and are equipped with cookware- crockery- utensils- glassware. Two full bathrooms- master bath features corner tub and separate shower. Also included is a laundry room with washer/dryer-iron/ironing board- radio alarm clock and phones. All balconies are screened and a 24 hour manned and gated security greets all guests.
Resort features also include a front desk reception- guest service and attraction ticket desk- gift shop- taxi/transportation services in the lobby. Recreational facilities include a full service spa and fitness center- mens and womens shower/locker rooms off the fitness room. Four pools- jacuzzis and a childrens pool. Lake Davenport features a white sand beach- fishing dock and walking trails. Basketball and tennis courts are available and ample golf courses are nearby.
The Property features a full service restaurant- pool snack bar and lounge.
