The hotel has the style of a hotel and the freedom of an apartment with a 24-hour portage and reception. There is a local health club for guests to use at a special rate of ten pounds per day making a perfect residence for short and long stays. It is an apart/hotel. The following cancellation policies apply; for stays of 1-6 nights there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for stays of 7-29 nights there is a 72-hour cancellation policy and for a stay of 30 nights or more there is a 14-day cancellation policy.
