Stemmermans Inn is located in a completely renovated building built circa 1886 with immediate access to the riverfront boardwalk. The area sports cobblestone streets and extensive shopping. There are 7 suites a restaurant and private club on-site. All rooms are fully equipped with kitchenettes washer/dryer cable TV private telephone number (local calls are free) sleeper sofa answering machine and microwave are available. Fax/copier located in main office. Smoking is not permitted at the property. In the heart of historic downtown Wilmington on the waters of the Cape Fear River Stemmermans Inn with a history of its own is located in the entirely renovated Von Kampen Building which honors downtown Wilmingtons last victorian facade.
