The goal of the AmericInn of Prairie du Chien is to be the standard by which all other lodging is compared. The franchise awards and guest satisfaction scores indicate that is being achieved. The guest is greeted with a check in snack and followed by warm cookies and milk from 7 to 9. Free DVD's and players and complimentary popcorn are available at the front desk. An indoor heated pool and whirlpool spa are a welcome place to relax. An exercise room is provided. A business center is available in the lobby. Serta Plush top mattresses are used throughout as well as six rooms equipped with the Sleep Number beds by Select Comfort. The hotel boasts of one of the best breakfasts in the business. The king rooms have leather recliners and 32" LCD televisions. January 1, 2008 the hotel will become a completely non-smoking hotel.
