This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 15 miles from Safeco Field and 17 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators microwaves stovetops and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports personalized voicemail irons with full-size ironing boards and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.
