Executive Chef Michael White along with his culinary team offer the freshest - choice ingredients of the season to create a unique dining experience at your table and are the only restaurateurs in downtown Seattle to offer tableside carving Thursday through Saturday. The Margaux Lounge opens daily at 11-30 am with a full-service bar and simplified bar menu that includes favourites such as burgers/ salads/ chowder and appetisers. Happy Hour specials are available between 4-00 pm and 7-00 pm with a delicious tapas menu.
