| 06/2007 - Conference in Toronto |
| I had a conference in Toronto and I was on a limited budget. The location of the hotel is its best feature. It is in a safe neighborhood, right next to Dundas square, the mall and the subway! The rooms are small but very clean and tightly and the hotel personnel were very helpful. This is a great hotel for student travelers!!! Also, the airport express bus has a stop at the hotel. |

| Not the newest facility, rooms are small and decor dated. If all you need is a place to sleep, it is a good value. If you will spend extended periods in hotel, I would not stay here. |

| 03/2007 - Good for a Weekend |
| We have stayed at this hotel several times. Though the rooms are small, it is decent for the price and is close to many attractions (Eaton Center, Skydome, Hard Rock Cafe). There is also easy access to the subway...a great way to travel! There is underground parking across the street.....but it's not included in the room price. Though located in a busy area we never felt unsafe. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend get-a-way. |

| 02/2007 - Good Price, Great Loction, Small |
| The room was incredibly small, but for the price, not bad. This place would be ideal for travellers on a shoestring budget. The staff were all helpful and curteous, except the parking garage staff. I was a little blindisded by the fact that parking was NOT included in the hotel rate, and very inconvenienced by the fact that the parking garage accepts CASH ONLY. |

| 01/2007 - Toronto Trip |
| I needed a place to stay for the International Bowl in Toronto. Although this is an older property, It was clean and in a great location. It was very easy to get a cab. The offsite parking was a little inconvenient but overall my experience was nice and the staff was very helpful. |

| The rooms in this hotel were so small I felt like I would go insane! My husband and I stayed out as much as we could because the room was not comfortable at all. I will not come back to this hotel. The rates were acceptable but I would have gladly paid more to stay somewhere else. |

We are located in the heart of Toronto in the theater and business district, close to all major attractions. All rooms are newly renovated with modern decor. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing ambience and all rooms are very comfortable and well furnished.
