The upcoming Masters Golf Tournament will take place from April 3rd - April 13th 2009. All reservations booked for this period will be subject to the following conditions. All reservations are to be prepaid in full by February 1st 2009. This includes all room charges and applicable taxes. Any cancellation must be received in writing prior to February 1st 2009. A valid credit card is needed to reserve a guest room during this date. All credit cards used to reserve the room or rooms will be charged for the entire guest stay on February 2nd 2009. This applies to multiple room reservations utilizing the same card for guarantee. All credit cards that decline will be notified via telephone and have 3 business days to provide an alternate method of payment. If a method of payment is not supplied within this window, the reservation will be cancelled. All other Reservations must be Guaranteed and have a 24 Hour Prior to 4PM Cancel Policy.
