| location is perfect.brought our 22y/o and 17y/o.walking distance to everywhere or taxi(5-10 dollars)/cable car is fun but pricey.one way=5$. we always purchased round trip tk. for 1$ more with unlimited use/day. don't miss the hollywood cafe across st. from hotel. great breakfast/cheap/friendly. highlight of trip/biked golden gate to sausilto and back. wine country was great but warmer than s.f. smaller wineries didn't ck. for i.d.'s.hotel staff was great. great time for all of us. |

| We stayed at the HFW for our anniversary over Memorial weekend. The rooms were mondern and clean and the service was excellent. The concierge was always avialable and very helpful. We would chose to stay here again when visiting SF |

| Clean, great location, sleek/ modern brown/blue/chrome, decor. H/A woke me,so loud when it kicked on, thought it was an alarm; called the desk-she offered to send someone to reset the clock radio? Maintenance said system was "functioning normally" in hotel's defense, I was offered another room. |

| 04/2007 - short but sweet |
| my 1st time up north & it was great. we were there only 4 days but that was more than enough to see all the major attractions such as alcatraz, muir woods, dodger vs giants game, chinatown, fisherman's wharf, local bars. a must do is 2 c beach blanket it's current and funny will make you laugh. Four or five day is more than enough in san francisco youll see it's short but sweet. be aware that you such book all attractions before getting to san fran cuz many will be sold out if you wait to purchase them there. |

| 03/2007 - Surprise!! |
| My first surprise was the lobby was under construction.Real classy I mean I paid top dollar for this room.My second surprise was the 39.00 dollars to park my car at their hotel.They this is normal in the city.I beg to differ I stayed around the corner at a cheaper hotel (2 blocks closer to the wharf)and didn`t have to pay for parking.The room and pool area were quite nice though. |

| my trip to san francisco was great at this hotel.it was in the best location to everything on fishermans wharf.the room was great .the beds were tremendous.but the walls were a little thin.i would recommend this hotel. |

| 02/2007 - Great Locatiion |
| The rooms were great size and the beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the on site resturant and the heated pool that allowed us to swim when it was only 50 degrees outside. The location of the hotel is perfect, less then a block from the cable car turn around and only a few blocks from many of the attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only down side was that they were remodeling the lobby area so it smelled of paint as we walked through and probably was not kept as clean as it would be normally. I am sure it will be beautiful when it is done. |
