Value Place is a new concept in extended stay offering the cost conscious guest a studio room with a full kitchen for 179.00USD a week. Our newly constructed building has 105 studios with all linens provided. Each room comes with premium movie channels and high speed Internet is available. We pride ourselves on being cleaner safer lower cost and simpler. All exterior doors require keys for entry and there are security cameras for your safety. We are conveniently located just east of downtown Des Moines in lovely suburban Pleasant Hill - near eateries a post office movie theatres and a bike path that is 0.25 mile away. Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino and Adventure land are less than 3 miles away. Because of our affordable price many of our guests stay for several weeks while they are in town on business or relocating in the area.A 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refundable at move-out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday.
