| Dirty rooms, the sheets had stains on them.. as did all the furniture. The bath and sink plugholes were clogged with hair. The bathroom door had sharp nails and tacks sticking out the bottom. The airconditioning wouldnt switch off, and produced an electrical smoke smell that set the fire alarm off. The Breakfast had insects and bugs crawling all over it and looked completely inedible... Shuttles to the parks were almost non-existant too. |

| 04/2007 - Location, location, location |
| The best thing about this hotel is tht it's five minutes from Disney World. Just head straight up the street the hotel is on (it turns into Sherbeth) and you come out by the Animal Kingdom. Skip the breakfast; the coffee is probably the worst I've ever tasted, and the muffin was, well, I forget. Get an early start and get your coffee at Disney World. |

| 03/2007 - Masters Inn |
| We were disappointed with hotel from beginning. We checked in by a very unhappy employee and the front door on the lobby was stuck at the bottom and had to skinny our way through the narrow opening. The rooms did not have a hair dryer which we were expecting and were poorly maintained. The tiles in the bathroom and sheetrock walls were cracked and peeling. The beds were very old and unsupportive. The only bright spot was the heated pool which was not busy when we wanted to use it. |

| The hotel room was average, no iron, no ironing board, no blow dryer, not enough towels, no internet access via room..Only one computer w/internet access in lobby and it was limited to 5 mins.. |

| 02/2007 - A Bargain, but is it worth it? |
| We were put into a room that was not acceptable;rusty tub chemically smelling,improper wretched sheets on the bed, old soap in the drain and put in a non-smoking. They did move us to another room which we dealt with rather then moving to another hotel.The maids did not clean afer 11 AM. Shuttle only runs from the hotel at 8:55am and 12:40pm so be prepared to be on their schedual. The driver of the shuttle drops you off in the dark on the opposite side of a six lane highway. this was not fun when trying to cross with kids in tow. The hotel is with-in walking distance to plenty of places though. |

| great price! hotel was nice but needs minor repairs. peeling paint from water leak? and toilet handle broken and needed repaired. great staff.extremely helpful and pleasant. |

| It was a nice room we got even though it wasn't what we reserved. They seems offended that we asked for shampoo though. Great for a overnight but long term would suck |

| 01/2007 - Get what you pay for... |
| Hotel was average. However, traveling with only my wife and no kids. All we needed/wanted was a place to sleep and reasonably priced. Hotel was close to enough restaurants, both fast food and casual dining. We did not expect the quality of Disney, but didn't pay the price either! If you are a budget traveler that is only looking for a place to sleep and want to view Orlando from a place other then your hotel. Consider a hotel similar to this. |
